I can only imagine the pressure of trying to keep up with your boys while going through the "process." Thank you for reaching out to me. I've been telling myself to take one day at a time for a long time now and it really does help...sometimes take it minute by minute when it's really tough. Your story is inspiring!
XO,
MistyAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01590673996305745751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5758809666910137682.post-48071074287672252372012-09-05T20:43:16.626-04:002012-09-05T20:43:16.626-04:00Thanks Aunt Ang, you are so right that the feeling...Thanks Aunt Ang, you are so right that the feeling of being a parent isn't something anyone can truly understand until that little miracle is here with you. It's a wonderful journey that's only just beginning for us. I'm very excited for the day Lansing and Jackson will be paling around with each other.
Love you,
MistyAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01590673996305745751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5758809666910137682.post-84095903351835967842012-09-05T20:42:05.387-04:002012-09-05T20:42:05.387-04:00Deb, your message means a lot to me and thank you ...Deb, your message means a lot to me and thank you for reaching out...it is reassuring to know that you too have gone through this recently and have rebounded quickly. I'm going to keep my head up and keep trucking along. I have many things to be thankful for to keep me focused on what's good instead of how I might be feeling physically. Thank you again!
XO,
MistyAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01590673996305745751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5758809666910137682.post-86924918339199437532012-09-05T20:36:42.656-04:002012-09-05T20:36:42.656-04:00Hi Misty,

I subscribed to your blog a few months back since I too was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer, Stage 2. I was diagnosed last July and have two young sons (4 and 7 yrs old). Living though surgery, chemo and radiation was hard and I can't imagine doing it while being pregnant like you and then having a new born while dealing with the nasty effects of the chemo. You are a trooper and I completely understand the roller coaster ride you are enduring, emotionally and physically. Cancer truly does suck! You will get though it and will begin to feel better. It just takes time... one day at a time!

Keep smiling! : )

Sincerely,

-Stephanie (Wendt) KnaussStephanie Knausshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00328989940108857596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5758809666910137682.post-78144510295214053532012-09-05T13:24:25.064-04:002012-09-05T13:24:25.064-04:00Misty, I am so happy that Lansing is such a joy t...Misty, I am so happy that Lansing is such a joy to you and Robert. I knew he would be, but you can't tell someone until they experience it for themselves. Hang in there. So many of us are sending positive energy and thoughts you way. I came through it, though, and you will too. Now I'm feeling like my old self, hair's grown back, my strength is back and I'm working out again. You will look back on this experience and just be so happy and relieved that it's over. Now go give Lansing a hug and above all...Keep the faith! DebAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
